We called it “Taste of Kyrgizia”. Kyrgizia is for Kyrgyzstan, my native country; it was lovingly called like that in those good old days, when I grew up there.
I’ve altered my mother’s recipe with the vegan ingredients and maintained the authentic taste the best I could.
