These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
Prices
All prices are in £ sterling. VAT is charged and included on the checkout page depending on the user billing country (for Europe).
Product descriptions
We endeavour to ensure all product descriptions are accurate and complete. Errors may occur and these will be corrected as soon as possible. Images are usually accurate however colours of bottles, lids and labels may vary according to availability.
Payments
Payments can be made by Stripe account.
All credit/debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and authorisation. If your card provider refuses to authorise payment to us, we will notify you immediately. We will not be be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Invoices
All customers placing an order will be provided with an invoice by email. Please contact us by email if you think your invoice to be incorrect and we will correct any errors.
Product availability
We do our very best to only display products that are in stock. However popular products can go out of stock quickly. In the unlikely event of this happening, when we receive your order, we email you with the expected delivery time. If you decide not to continue with your order then any sum debited from your payment card will be re-credited to your account. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 15 days of you informing us you do not wish to proceed with the order.
Deliveries
Deliveries are sent by 2nd class recorded delivery Royal Mail post in, 1st class and express deliveries if requested, as well as by Hermes across Europe. Subject to availability (see above) we endeavour to send orders out either the same day as the order is placed or by the end of the following working day.
Complaints procedure
We aim to provide the highest possible customer satisfaction levels. If you believe that we have failed in any way to meet these standards then contact our customer service department by e-mail ancientremediesuktea@gmail.com

Please provide as much detail of your complaint as possible including where relevant; product name, best before date (from bottom of bottle), details of order number and invoice number, delivery date and details of any communication with our company. We endeavour to respond to all complaints initially within 3 working days. If we are unable to resolve the matter immediately, we will advise you of the approximate time for it be resolved. Where the complaint takes longer than one week to resolve we will advise you of the progress of your complaint on a regular basis. Where the complaint involves product quality, we will pay for the goods to be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns and refunds
We want you to be delighted with your order. We make sure they are all originally sealed by the manufacturer, in their original packaging and in good order. If you wish to cancel your order you may do so within 14 days of placing the order or one week of receiving the order without reason. A refund will be made in full (including our P&P costs) within 15 days of receipt of returned goods. Where the goods are not damaged, in other ways faulty or incorrectly delivered the goods must be returned at your cost. You can return the goods to our office:

Please ensure the product has not been used and is returned undamaged with the tamper evident seal on the lid still in place.
Damaged & missing goods
On receipt of your herbal remedies please inspect the bottle(s) and check the tamper evident lids and inform us immediately of any damages or missing items within 7 working days. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Product quality
Our aim is to provide the highest quality products. If you have any concerns whatsoever regarding the quality of your products, please contact us. We will pay to have the goods returned and either refund or replace according to your choice. This does not affect your statutory rights

Information Collection and Use
Ancient Remedies Ltd is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share information with others other than our credit card processors which will use the necessary information to fulfil your order.
