World Mental Health Day – October 10th
Every year one adult in four, along with one child in ten, will have a mental health issue. These conditions can profoundly affect literally millions of lives, affecting the capability of these individuals to make it through the day, to sustain relationships, and to maintain work.
Mental health encompasses a huge range of issues and it’s different for everyone. There are an equally huge range of reasons for mental health issues, which may need ongoing treatment but there are some things we can all do to help look after our mental health. Having good mental health helps us relax more, achieve more and enjoy our lives more.
